The front counter staff was helpful. caroline was polite and had a positive, upbeat attitude. the evening staff was friendly at check-in. i appreciated the day staff. They were accommodating.
even though it was a nonsmoking room, the room smelled like old cigarette smoke.

The best breakfast I have received was here. The service was excellent in general. justin and oliver were beyond helpful. they were able to extend my stay at a fair rate! though the parking was expensive.

The breakfast included many choices like cereal and eggs. Staff members was helpful at the front desk. Parking was easy because I drove my own car. The pre-check-in system works nice and I got my room key fast after I arrived.

the staff was friendly. there was plenty of parking and some good restaurants close by.. the room was super clean and cozy. i would stay again if i was going to a red sox game or another concert.
the restroom door would not lock, but it was just me and my wife, so this wasn't a big issue. however, it is something i think should be addressed.

The breakfast had good options. I particularly enjoyed the variety of cereals available. The hotel provides convenient shuttle services. I found this very useful for getting around. The room was clean and well-kept. I appreciated the attention to detail. I found the on-site laundry facilities beneficial, I washed and dried my clothes quickly.
The gym equipment looked a little outdated.

The staff was very friendly. The daily breakfast buffet was good (especially the pancakes!). There were multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance.
The shower was mildly warm, not ideal. Driving into the hotel was a little difficult. There were not a lot of eating options directly nearby.
